Operation Support Specialist
CurrentAs an Operations Support Specialist, I am accountable for:• Provide real-time product, service and sales support for national Field Sales, Inside Sales and Customer Loyalty (Contact Centre) Agency teams• Leverage available mediums in order to provide real-time support to all Agent roles• Effectively evaluate and recommend skill/knowledge coaching and development to further optimize performance• Track and document agent support requests, identify trends, insights and recommendations• Conduct Agent call observe assessments and provide feedback to improve agent performance • Collaborate with managers and other key stakeholders to support the improvement of quality metrics• Handle and support escalation request from national Field Sales, Inside Sales and Customer Loyalty (Contact Centre) Agency teams• Provide timely and quality solutions through informative and personable interactions with agents • Support audit and business practice compliance reviews to ensure adherence • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
