This involves:โข ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ & ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐: I lead by example, offering guidance and motivation to my team members to follow company procedures and meet production goals.โข ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด: I manage coverage for absenteeism and breaks while ensuring that team members are effectively deployed to maximize productivity.โข ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด & ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด: I support the onboarding and ongoing development of new team members, ensuring they understand safety procedures, production targets, and quality standards.โข ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด & ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: I actively engage in machine operations and manage manufacturing processes to ensure that machinery runs efficiently and production schedules are met. โข ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐ & ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐น: I monitor Red Rabbit Verification, utilize Process Control Check Sheets, and conduct audits to maintain high standards of quality assurance.โข ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐ & ๐ฑ๐ฆ ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐: I promote and enforce safety procedures and the 5S Methodology to maintain a clean, efficient, and safe working environment.โข ๐ฆ๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ & ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: I oversee shift handovers to ensure continuity while coordinating team efforts during production projects and problem-solving activities.My success is driven by effective time management, clear communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through initiatives like Kaizen and process optimization. This role allows me to enhance manufacturing operations and contribute to the companyโs ongoing success.
