Makesure that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, plans andother contractual requirements.• Compare planned work versus work executed, make sure that all worksare delivered on time and to the required quality. Report to thecontractor any areas of unsatisfactory performance and ensureappropriate action is taken by contractors to correct them.• Motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplishall tasks and milestones and providing performance feedback regardingallocated resources working on projects.• Review documents assigned in Aconex workflow.Conducting siteinspections and reporting safety violations and quality issues in Aconexfield.Preparing daily reports in Aconex.

Oasis Mall, Salalah : Construction of shopping mall in steel framesstructure spanning a total built up area of 34874 m2 and retail space ofabout 23284 m2 with shopping spread across three levels and basementparking.• Supervising the project team allocated to the project, defining mainguidelines, allocating project tasks.• Proactively estimate and forecast required resources, based on theupcoming construction phase, number and qualification of the workforceneeded to avoid manpower shortage• Ensure that all safety and environmental planning is in place and thatnecessary measures are taken in order to avoid any accidents orincidents.• Acting as key contact for the customer and an escalation point forproject issues and responsible for building and maintaining strongrelationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectivelycommunicating with all stakeholders.• Capturing, evaluating, and sharing lessons learned throughout theproject and ensuring that the project is formally closed out, ascontractually agreed along with driving the formal acceptance of theproject, contract close-out and its acknowledgment by the customer.
