Over 20 years of experience in journalism, human rights, political philanthropy, and policy research, I have sharpened my ability to weave in and out of myriad issues and geographies, spot gaps in thinking, and propose and shepherd new lines of work. Having grown up in India, examinations of power, privilege and oppression within our systemic structures are not academic or theoretical for me. They are part of my lived experience, in India, in the United States and in Northern Ireland.
