Client : VENTURE INFOTEK (MUMBAI)Description:-Responsible as a Data Center Team Member for Implementation and troubleshooting of Venture infotek network, in consultation with the Technical Specialist, which includes LAN, WAN, network monitoring and maintenance of entire network of Venture infotek.As In-charge of Network Helpdesk, handling the second level customer calls is always a challenging task. This includes extracting the information and generating the Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and discussing with the customer about the network changes/reason for outage/downtime. Daily Updating Problem Management, Escalations, Handover register, Link fault reports, and this project involved deployment of network devices 19 Hub Locations across India My responsibilities were as follows. Roles & Responsibilities:- Administration and maintenance of leased lines and ISDN links Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco routers and Switches Weekly Routers and Switch backup Weekly ISDN Testing. Coordinating with service providers like Tata, MTNL, Bharti, VSNL etc. for network connectivity issues. Monitoring Data flow and testing credit card transactions frequently. Taking care of day-to-day Network related problems for Users. Providing Level 2 support for network related issues. Daily and monthly report preparation for downtime calculations Handling the Network Uptime as per SLA

Deputed to site: ICICI BANK February 2008 – September 2008 TATA AIG January 2009 – February 2010 Configuring & troubleshooting Total LAN & WAN setup for Client for above 3500 Wan Links and 10000+ users. Following up with various vendors & Service Providers like: Sify, Tulip, Reliance, Bharti, VSNL, and BSNL for any L1/L2 issues.Role: Monitoring the entire gamut of leased line through HP Open view and whatsUp gold. Logging complaints, following up with service provider for LL/ MPLS/ ISDN and call closure. Taking periodic configuration backup of Routers and Switches.Accolades:  Engaged in configuring routing protocols for WAN locations, EIGRP, and OSPF. Efficiently handling link migration from BSNL to TCL and changed new IP schema of LAN and WAN.Project: Data Center Migration of TATA AIG: Wipro Network team (including myself) has successfully migration datacenter of TAGIC on 12th & 13th of December 2009.
