• More than 17 years of experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary, highly technical projects, in many fields of knowledge – such as communication, hardware, integration and security.• Substantial practical expertise in project management practices and methodologies.•Proven record of about tens successful technological projects, with budgets ranging from $ 1M to 3M.• Responsible for all the stages of the project management lifecycle, including top-level design and definition, planning and implementation phases, and integration, QA and testing processes.• High ability to analyze client's requirements from technical perspective, and to be a liaison between customers, the project team and the participating vendors.• Taking full responsibility for day-to-day management and on time/budget delivery.• Successful management and operation in a matrix-concept managed environment, leading ad-hoc professional teams of up to 10 members.• Interaction and management against external vendors – including leading Israeli and international communication, hardware and Integration companies.• Collaborative work with the project team, orchestrating the activities in fields of R&D, operations, support , purchasing, finance, legal and others.• Technical and practical experience and knowledge-backed ability to analyze each project's fine details, and lead to design of creative solutions, adapting to changing conditions of the project environment.• Knowledge in "MS-Project"​, and other office and project management tools. • High social abilities, management and interpersonal communications skills, allowing to establish trust and build relationships with clients, customers and sub contractors.• High ability to work in a controlled and organized manner – even in high-tension and high-stress environment.• Highly motivated and loyal to organization's goals and policy, quick decision-taker and good team-player.• Very good self-learning capabilities.
