West Coast Supply Group is one of Europe’s leading wholesalers specializing in the distribution of a wide variety of branded fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). I am managing a handful of markets within as well as outside of Europe traveling to scale up the business with suppliers, customers, and prospects. Within the first year I developed a company-wise top 3 partner by increasing the business more than 300% from the best year and made my total portfolio grow by 60% from the year before. I took on the responsibility to open and develop new markets in the second year and could by the end of the year look back at another 50% portfolio growth with new business markets opened making my portfolio the biggest in the company. Next to managing and developing new/existing markets I have taken on the responsibility to manage the stock position to decrease costs and increase rotation which has been proven a success already.

My responsibility includes monitoring and analyzing data in order to identify performance improvement measures as well as to improve my accounts KPI´s regardless it is higher conversion rate, order value, transactions or traffic to their site.
