One of the many, new Web3.0 converts, I'm now dedicated to creating and supporting inventors, innovators, start-ups and businesses that have a positive impact on the economy, the environment and society more broadly, primarily through technological advancement.I started my working life in Casino, NSW in the 1980/90's - frequenting Pawn Broker & Police Auctions in various capital cities - purchasing "odds & ends" to be resold at our second-hand (family) business. I'm the youngest son of a serial entrepreneur/ bookmaker, who had mastered the Cash Converters business model well before they were even a brand.Having completed a Building & Construction Management Degree at UNSW in 1997, after which I worked for 2-years at the Sydney Olympics 2000 Homebush site, to only realise the industry was not for me. I've since started, owned &/or operated numerous businesses across a range of industries, including: FMCG, Organics, Ecotourism, Entertainment, Logistics and Digital Media.I have a strong passion for blockchain, Web3, start-ups, entrepreneurship, small business (SMEs), innovation, invention, technology, energy-efficiency and sustainability.Currently in charge of researching, curating, capital raising, networking and on occasion, project managing a range of innovative start-up projects, alongside one of Australia's leading inventors/ technologists, Ric Richardson in Byron Bay, NSW Australia.
