I have worked as a lifestyle-, wellbeing and meditation expert with over 20 years experience in guiding and supporting people to change their life(style) on the physical, mental and emotional level to a healthier and happier one. One of my first programs was "Intuitive eating", this is a program that I created over 23 years ago. At that time it was quite revolutionary to look at your relationship with food from the heart instead of behaviorally. Being born a highly intuitive empath and a healer I can go beyond the reality of the material world (biology) and make use of the quantum field to heal and thrive. This is the guiding principle that I teach in all my programs. A practical use is for example that you can learn how to influence your biological age. Initially I have created Casa Eleonora B&B as haven of tranquility were guests can have a luxury holiday. I noticed many B&B guests revitalized, slept better, were more joyous and ultimately looked better in only a few days. When I asked them how they would describe their holiday, 90% replied in some shape or form that they felt unexpectedly very relaxed and vibrant. That sparked my motivation to start with Radiant&Wise retreat programs at Casa Eleonora.
