CurrentA business partner to EMEAI Channel VP focused on driving sales success in business results through improved productivity and sales process optimisation.Work proactively to circumvent issues and drive value add to the business including but not limited to providing insight to SFDC hygiene, pipeline and coverage health checks, analytics to support the good running of the business, support in preparation of QBRs or opportunity deep dives.Ensure enablement and drive adoption of appropriate Sales methodologies to improve opportunity and account management.Support execution of annual planning process including historical reviews, quota allocation and insight into business potential for growth.Selected contributions include...- Channel forecasting and growth – design the EMEA Channel forecast shadowing process and manage the implementation within the EMEA channel team. Establish a cadence with the EMEA channel PBM team for regular updates to integrate into existing EMEA Forecast process.- Partner Coverage – support the EMEAI Channel team to complete the partner coverage process.- Channel MDF process and ROI – support the implementation of the new MDF process by working closely with the EMEAI Channel PBMs to ensure timely submission of funding request.
