Current• Oversee the management of brand websites and related marketplace accounts. www.sennheiser.com.trwww.klipsch.com.trwww.shokz.com.trwww.focal-tr.comand multi brand audio store www.hifilife.com •Brands: Bang & Olufsen, Sennheiser, Klipsch, KEF, Focal, Naim, Devialet, Onkyo, Shokz, Hegel, EPOS, Oehlbach and Questyle. •Coordinate UI/UX projects with agencies to deliver effective and user-friendly designs across all e-commerce platforms.•Participate in AI chatbot projects for these sites, enhancing customer support and engagement.•Collaborate closely with CRM and CX teams to deliver a seamless customer journey, consistently aligning strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.•Manage performance marketing and SEO efforts with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, closely tracking metrics to drive growth.•Collaborate with agencies for affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns, as well as media buying operations, to expand reach and increase brand visibility.•Supervise marketplace operations for Amazon Turkey (Sennheiser Türkiye, Bang & Olufsen Türkiye, Hifilife, Klipsch Türkiye, and Focal Türkiye), Hepsiburada, and Trendyol, aligning strategies to maximize profitability and achieve company goals.•Oversee Amazon retail operations, including stock control, sales performance, ad performance, and campaign planning.•Track and manage inventory levels across all brands and stores, focusing on stock turnover rates and optimizing inventory holding to minimize excess and stockouts.•Oversee payment and invoice tracking, as well as warehouse and logistics operations to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery.•Handle profit and loss management to maintain financial health and meet business objectives.•Define and communicate KPIs for my team, conducting daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to align departments and promote efficient teamwork across the organization.
