Worked as an HR coordinator, a great opportunity to explore and found new learning in the HR world. I had around 2 years of experience in the field of human resources as a human resource coordinator. Being an HR coordinator, here is how I’ve brought the HR program to the life: 1. Connected with the employees and conducted interviews, hiring, and selection process as well as developed and delivered employee orientation and training programs.2. Administered and evaluated skills tests for all available positions with maintaining communication. 3. Documented information, workplace health, and safety maintained discipline and reports related to employees
