I’ve been going to DeVry University for four years studying in the major of (NSA) Network Systems Administration, in which I have obtained my Associate’s Degree and I also have continued on to have finally received my Bachelors in Network Communication Management. I am now pursuing my Masters in Information Systems Management. I have extensive knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Apple OS, an intermediate understanding of Linux with an advance Network knowledge of Red Hat. I am a PC repair technician which deals a lot with structuring, cleaning, maintaining, troubleshooting, configurations, file and folder permissions, Expansion cards, Memory Modules, SCSI devices, Motherboards, POST and BIOS operations, CMOS setups, and other IT related devices, services, and applications. I also have a good knowledge of Cisco System and Network devices and configurations, like LAN, WAN, VLAN, WLAN, DNS, Server Virtualization and DHCP. That includes devices like Switches, Routers, Hubs, Bridges, and Modems. I also have experience with Different types of cabling, call setup using Avaya Manager, and Active Directory implementations. Have done some cable pulling, termination of different type of cable and closet installs, wire cramping, paneling and other types of network cabling and installations. I am efficient in Word Applications, such as Excel, Power point, Access, and Word 2007 and 2010. I type 40(wpm). In addition, I have Customer Service skills that includes, cashier, prep cook, and leadership training that I think could be very helpful on the job when dealing with over the phone customers as well as face to face.
