Ltd., Humana People to People Microfinance, Preservation & Proliferation of Rural Resources & Nature (PRAN) Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA), Trust Community Livelihoods and Life and Healing Minds Foundation.

• Prepared various financial reports for the funders and kept track of records of accounts and updated the overall position of the financial status of the organization.• Apart from head office’s accounting, supervised branch accounting of 9 locations in Delhi, 2 locations in Haryana, and 1 in Uttarakhand and lead a team of twelve members• Maintained flow of funds and also invested idle funds u/s 11(5) of Income Tax Act. 1961• Prepared budget and strictly monitored the expenditure of it• Monitored the partner NGOs’ accounts and provided them with support• Coordinating statutory audit and funding agency interim audit from time to time and initiating necessary compliance.

• Develop audit pack consisting of disbursement test, apportionment of common expenditure, nature of income, and expenditure perked in ‘other income’ & ‘Misc. Expenses, etc.• Depute team members to the respective clients with specific audit packs.• During my tenure in VNC, apart from urban offices, extensive auditing has been carried out in the field offices in the remote villages in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and Hyderabad for PRADAN, BSFL, and BASIX.

• Ensuring the fulfillment of statutory obligations and compliance with FRCA rules at the organizational level.• Assuring proper utilization of funds raised and fulfillment of accounting procedures and formalities for spending of funds.• Coordinating annual statutory audit of the organization as well as an interim audit conducted by any funding agency and followed by preparation of management's response.

• Bank Reconciliation as well as reconciliation of Party’s accounts• Preparation of final accounts and coordinating subsequent statutory audits of the same• Maintaining related books of accounts like cashbook, bankbook, ledger, sub-ledgers etc.

• Visit to Forest Range Offices for disbursement of funds at range level and reconciliation of branch accounts.• Preparation of Annual Budget proposal of the largest Forest Divn. in Bhutan and attending yearly budget meetings in the ministry.• Closely monitoring of budget of the Divn. and formulating necessary supplementary budget proposal of re-appropriation budget proposal in due course of time.
