Serve as a partner to leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with internal and external candidates.2)Lead recruitment discussions with Hiring Managers and interview teams to ensure complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to fill the role.3)Ensure timely generation and updates for applicant status reports and recruitment summaries.4) Work closely with HR team to own candidate experience from initial interview through offer and ensure proper transition with HR colleagues for relocation and orientation stages.
