My role as the main point of contact for the clients, to drive the onboarding process form SCADA data connection discussion to the accomplishment of farm setup on the Clir Platform (SaaS product) - * Kicking off and overseeing the new wind and solar portfolio onboarding from the contract signing, tracking the momentum of issues and addressing them, updating the project status report weekly to ensure the transparency for the clients and internal team, proactively driving the project completion towards the agreed timescale.* Liaising with different personas (asset manager or operator) to acquire the required onboarding metadata and documentation such as warranted power curve and OEM alarm list etc. Compiling the setup forms with the given information.* Working closely with the software team during the renewable asset metadata setup and SCADA data importer configuration, carrying out Beta and Prod checks before releasing the platform access to the clients.* Acting as the platform specialist and delivering the dedicated support to the clients – promptly and professionally resolving the clients’ queries about the Clir platform features and daily utilizing, escalating the platform bugs to the software team; running recurring checks of the signal trending, control curve performance and pattern of production where required. Collating and issuing the monthly reports to the clients every first/second week of the calendar month.* Constantly and retrospectively revising and improving the onboarding process including streamlined procedures, standardized setup form, and learned lessons from the mistakes.
