S. Bravo Systems, Inc. is the most respected manufacturer of secondary containment products in the fuel handling industry. Bravo manufactures equipment that is found beneath gas stations across the nation. Their primary mission is to protect the environment by engineering products that can not allow fuel to leak into the ground and contaminate the groundwater or local ecosystems. As IT Director I managed all network resources in a Windows Server environment. This included network architecture, helpdesk support, business: security /intelligence /continuity, information unification, document control, disaster recovery and more.As managing Director of the Bravo Brand I analyzed, planned and strategized at many levels and across various disciplines to grow Brand visibility and equity with the goal of continuous growth of company reputation and market share. In this broad role I actively contributed to: policy, organizational culture, customer relations/outreach, marketing, literature design, in-house print shop, employee & customer training, lean office & manufacturing / kaizen, R&D, technical support, mechanical drafting, risk & liability mitigation, regulatory & safety compliance, technical & copy writing, inventory management, industry trade shows, literature /web design, and public speaking. As a Technical Support Analyst for King's Seafood Company I assisted the IT Manager in Level 1 and 2 support operations.My responsibilities included: Managing Microsoft Exchange, monitoring corporate anti-virus climate including in-depth virus removal & prevention. It goes without saying that I had my hand in supporting nearly every computer system, peripheral and application. Some virtualization experience.

Directed social and inter-org policy, tournament scheduling, recruiting, training and growth of a non-profit international video game organization with between 100-150 active members with ages ranging from our minimum of 14 up to people in their 60's. Developed member loyalty, reward & goal programs to help grow the org from 20-ish members and encourage/maintain regular participation and contributions. Evaluated operations and initiated an "officer corps" for management training and skill set improvement with RL applications. Directly affected the org's growth and reputation in our (ex) zone.com community. I was acting President for the group for the last 3 years of the games life due to the online absence of both superiors I reported to. In this role I maintained the canonical rank structure for members with assignments and promotions, special tasks, homework of sorts, produced a member handbook and glossary of terms relative to the game we played, actively maintained the group website, wrote technical how-to's, provided unit-specific graphics and patches, had T-Shirts made for certain achievements, initiated a "Keep 'em playin" program where members could donate to a pool of funds to help members overcome computer component failures, strengthened our Code of Conduct, enforced the importance of consistent communication through the established chain of command and motivated all members to be an example to others as respects etiquette, ethics, professionalism, performance and conduct. I also communicated directly with business associates and our gaming competition to oversee constant tournaments and League play. We were recognized as one of the top "military units" in our online gaming community. This was pre-twitch, pre-DVD, back when CD's needed to be in the PC to play multiplayer games online.

Level 3 Sysop (forum and community administrator) for Microsoft's Zone.com. This was a voluntary, unpaid position. Directly managed by Microsoft staff. I contributed an average of 6 hours a day to help keep this community running smoothly for everyone's enjoyment.
