As an MST, I regularly studied Maritime law and practiced on a daily basis from the Gulf of Mexico to the hundreds of miles up the Mississippi River. I've worked closely with industry professionals, utilizing my knowledge to enforce the local, state, federal, and international law upon the navigable waterways of the United States. As a Facility Inspector, I routinely audited Facility Response Plans, checking to make sure they followed Federal and State laws regarding how they would react to an oil discharge or chemical spill. I also tested their Safety and Security Plans, having the facility react to simulated spills of over 1 million gallons of product. I was member of the Hurricane Deployment team as a Flood Responder and responded to Hurricane Isaac, Hurricane Michael, and Hurricane Barry to provide humanitarian aid and relief. While on the patrols, as a FAA Drone Pilot, I monitored air and weather conditions as well as signs or symptoms of oil or chemical discharge into the navigable waterways. Cited for bravery and courage, I was awarded many times for my actions.

Designated Project Manager: oversee new and ongoing projects with Planned Environmental Inc, including: Project Management, Compliance Support, and QAQC Inspection Support. Project Management and Compliance Support consists of completing and submitting GT rate sheets with billing aids for internal review/approval through coordination with the S2S finance team, submittal of proposals as requested by client, and developing rate-sheets for Spoils or WRM BMP contracts. QAQC support responsibilities include scheduling weekly QAQC safety inspections, ensure completion and review of online Wildnote surveys, preparing and reviewing safety documentation, creating photolog documentation, coordinating with client to conduct safe and efficient stormwater-related inspections, and overseeing appropriate installation of BMPs and stabilization methods in project areas.Designated Inspector: support PG&E’s efforts to inspect and update electrical transmission infrastructure to prevent wildfires. Responsibilities include conducting initial site walk in preparation for forecasted activity, providing training to crew, processing documents and assessing land usage requests for PG&E to conduct upgrades and inspections to electrical transmission lines on private and public land. Other responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents, providing stormwater training to PG&E crews, creating photolog documentation for projects coordinating with client and others to conduct safe and efficient stormwater-related inspections, and overseeing appropriate installation of BMPs and stabilization methods in project areas.
