- Spread and analyze client financial statements.- Prepare credit request for loan recommendation and relationship reviews. - Manage a book of problem credits to maximize repayment while minimizing duration.- Annually complete month-by-month projections of cash flow from loan portfolio for management of liquidity. - Complete comprehensive cash flow analysis for potential and existing real estate projects to determine IRR and cash-on-cash return.

- Manage the development of a suite of SQL Reporting Services reports for Sterling Home Loan Division (HLD). - Troubleshoot and fix existing HLD reports within SQL and Actuate.- Provide weekly and monthly data feeds on loans and deposits from legacy First Independent Bank (FIB) systems to teams at Sterling for integration.- Manage data mapping from FIB side for integrating FIB data into Sterling databases.- Prepare data files for the completion of the FIB portion of Call Report. - Track and report on performance of FIB deposit retention by Sterling for earn-out provisions.- Manage SQL database housing FIB data for loan and deposit reporting through conversion from FIB to Sterling.

- Develop process to insource Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses (ALLL) calculation, saving outside consultant costs and decreasing turn-around time. - Prepare quarterly data files for the completion of the Call Report.- Prepare data files and reports for annual audits and state/FDIC/Federal Home Loan Bank examinations.- Serve on acquisition and transition team related to sell of Bank assets to Sterling Bank, with an emphasis on preparation of credit related reports and data feeds. - Manage SQL database with nightly feeds of loan, deposit, CD, and CIF data. - Manage process for obtaining semi-annual credit score updates on all borrowers and guarantors and tracking changes in scores to assist with prediction of future losses.- Serve as technical lead in the development of a suite of Credit reports in Excel and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS). - Develop numerous credit and deposit reports within Excel and SSRS.- Manage in-house Sales Pipeline/CRM application in MS Access with SQL backend.- Enhance and manage Performance Report for entire business line, including lenders, trust officers, financial advisors, and retail branches.
