Some of my most notable accomplishments throughout my career include:-Improving operating yields of diesel to gain $15MM per year in financial gain-Repositioning Gas Oil Hydrocracker from 35 to 55% conversion yield-Doubling on-line operating cycle time from 1.5 to 3 years at the higher conversion yield-Improving operating plant reliability from 96% to 99.8%In my current role as Zone Manager of Operations at CHS Laurel Refinery, I direct the overall operation, improvement, and maintenance, I direct the daily operations of a Hydrogen Generation and Hydrotreating/Hydrocracking Complex to enhance revenue generation through overseeing approximately $1B of operating assets and the performance of 40 employees. While in this role, I have directed the commissioning of an $85M, 40MMSCFD Hydrogen Plant, lead an 80 MWh on-site Solar Energy Development program, and oversaw Data Analytics / Key Performance Indicators for my Company’s Energy Division. Prior to my experience as at CHS Laurel Refinery, I also held the positions of Crude Area Manager of Operations, Commercial Analyst, and EH&S Process Safety Engineer at BP Cherry Point Refinery. While in these roles, I enhanced day-to-day operations, delivered $13MM in fixed/variable budget and capital management, boosted productivity, expanded business, and pioneered the creation and maintenance of the site Risk Register.
