This fosters a real dialog without the back and forth of screen sharing to show what you mean or timewasting descriptions of where to go and click.- Meetric - How do you set a organizational infrastructure to create cross deapartmental feedbackloops with a datadriven approach based on all customer interaction by the customer facing operational roles in the organization. This question and context can now be solved by letting AI parttake in the daily customer activities transscribing digital meetings as well as phone calls and e-mails. This lets other deapartments search and locate valuble information for their continues improvment.
