University of North Carolina at Wilmington Cameron School of Business Graduate with a concentration in Marketing Strategy and Operations Management. Currently working as a Digital Analyst at Publicis Hawkeye Marketing Agency in Charlotte NC. My role as a Digital Analyst is comprised of implementing digital analytics systems and utilizing the systems to gain insight through resulting data. The insight gained is combined with the client’s key business objectives to optimize campaigns and website design to better cater to their users behaviors. Post implementation, dashboards and benchmark reports are used to create a “story” for clients to understand the impact of optimization on website, social media, and campaign performance. Other projects include marketing channel optimization (SEO, eMail, PPC, Social) to create high value traffic and monetize traffic sources. Through-out the client relationship new opportunities are identified to improve business strategy to improve key business requirements that include lead generation, traffic growth, decreasing marketing costs etc.Working with an array of clients, including AA Cargo, Best Buy – Magnolia AV, and Terminix, I have gained extensive experience in the analytics systems and data interpretation. With this I have developed deep understanding of user search behavior and on-site behavior.
