CurrentManage the core business, strategy, and roadmap of a CRM product targeted towards users in the building materials market. This includes the implementation of a market focused Product Management strategy designed to uncover market problems and provide value to new and existing users. Goals include the growth of new customers while increasing the usage and retention across their organizations. Other duties include: - Development of long term strategic roadmap and defining the go to market strategy to expand into adjacent markets - Implementing formal strategies to capture VOC and set priority for short to mid term backlog - Working across the product development, implementation, support, and sales teams to implement new process to increase our market share and usage within our customer organization
