For over 30 years I've relied on my natural aptitude for creativity and love of working with people to find success. Today I find myself as a creative executive who never planned on being a creative executive. I think that happened because, after all this time, I still find joy in this, I still hang the work on the refrigerator. I've been told by my mentors that "I get it." Creative & strategy come naturally to me and I've proven that. I've managed large and small teams with massive and tiny budgets. I've devised creative plans rollouts and strategies across 360° campaigns, designed, written, directed, composed- when the resources have been scarce I've rolled up my sleeves and done it myself. It all comes down to this- People. We're always talking to people. Make ‘em laugh, cry, get turned on, it’s always about attaching that real emotion associated with what you’re communicating so that they feel so connected that they have no choice but to associate or react.  We have to love what we are making.  If  WE don’t how can else?
