Collaborates and consults with ESPN, NBA, NFL, WNBA, NCAA and external stakeholders while meeting production goals for live events and broadcasts. Responsible for daily planning scheduling of remote site production needs to include survey creation, event production and broadcast needs ( event prep, equipment setup) for live events.  Execution includes stage management and direct interaction with on-air talent, guests, league officials, performers, coaches, and players. Provides technical and creative direction for live broadcasts events including guest and talent preparation, graphics, audio, replay.  During Remi productions act as on-site extension of the production director and producer to arrange interviews and live production needs.  Requests production needs of the Studio and News production teams.  Orchestrates the final assembly of on-site studio content and assets, to include the studio set.  Manage the execution of onsite production events.  Develop workflows and responsibilities for internal and external stakeholders during a live production event.  Serves as the key point person for remote event production team and provides leadership on follow-up questions related to events.  maintains working relationships and communicates well with all levels of leadership with the event venue, conference, and team representatives, guests, and staff.Ability to be flexible, manage complex and fast-changing production/event  problems and prioritize solutions to effectively resolve issues using an Agile method of management. On-site subject matter expert in live event production needs to include video streaming options and related technologies for ESPN+ and international feeds. Responsible for coordinating travel, payroll, hotel, and vendor equipment rental for the live even/remote production.
