Managed external legal counsel on multi-million and multi-billion dollar high visibility commercial litigation including preparing for litigations and trying matters for company and more than 300 subsidiaries whose business included but were not limited to telecommunications, food distribution, advertising, energy, call center services, jet models, lobbying, entertainment, media, credit and, legal services. Managed and served as co-counsel on over 50 cases valued at over $750 million resulting in individual settlements up to $44 million and a $21 million binding arbitration award. Conducted due diligence on legal and operational aspects of telecommunications agreements, evaluating risk and negotiating settlements.
