I provide creative direction and set strategy for our marketing efforts. Our team is responsible for building the brand and ensuring consistency of customer facing media and communications. In 2019, we will see over 40,000 campers across our camp locations.

As Recruitment Coordinator for WinShape Camps, my main responsibility is to find the top-notch college-aged students to serve in our over 900 Summer Staff positions each summer. We did this through a Campus Ambassador incentive program, social media advertising, and building relationships with like-minded organizations.
