Senior Software Project Manager & Scrum Master
CurrentDevelop and advance client engagement and relationships while leading large scale, complex projects and programs. Oversee the Platforms project portfolio from financial, business, and profitability perspective. Work with the Director of US Operations and other global Team Leads to oversee team resourcing, capacity planning and efficient utilization of all Platforms team members. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define business needs, success criteria, requirements, and scope. Analyze project size and complexity to determine the appropriate project management methodology. Create high-level road maps, comprehensive project plans, and allocate resources to meet project requirements. Monitor risk & write risk mitigation plans, track deliverables, and routinely communicate project status and burn down to stakeholders. Facilitate and lead client-facing and internal meetings, including Project Kick Off’s, Sprint Planning, weekly status calls, internal stand-ups, and scrums. Support and manage cross-functional teams across 5 continents.Key Accomplishments & Impact:• Led the successful implementation of Agile & Scrum into Kineo US software development framework, to better serve client needs and the demands of complex project requirements.• Implemented a new time and materials cost model within Kineo US, leading to increased profit margin for custom feature development.• Worked with global process owners to establish a community of practice to standardize project management processes, templates, and deliverables across all regions.• Successfully lead, managed, and implemented multiple large-scale enterprise solution projects adding up to more than $15mil across various industries including HealthCare, Financial, and Technology. • Taught, trained, coached, supported, and mentored project managers and other team members.
