Provided logistical maintenance support and plans to 32 organizations throughout Europe. Planned and supervised execution of current and future logical planning and operations in and out of austere environments. Supervised 100 plus employees with minimal downtime. Managed all logical elements related to moving brigade from home base to combat zone. Developed SharePoint management tool enabling senior leaders oversight of the move to combat and the mission. Responsible for employee welfare, training, and knowledge of federal and local laws and regulations both at home and abroad. Established project manager guidelines for government contracts that supported the U.S. Army’s mission.
