As General Counsel and Business Development Officer, I am responsible for legal compliance and corporate strategy for a number niche medical and veterinary diagnostics laboratory.

As General Counsel, I managed all corporate legal functions and advised executive leadership on legal consequences when making decisions and forming strategy. I drafted and reviewed contracts for business development managers and advised management on contractual requirements. I also prepared and managed the immigration files of all employees. I consulted with management of human resources to ensure compliance with labor and benefits law, and I advised on employee issues.
