Blair is a frequent speaker on the Multi-Generational Workforce, the Future of Corporate IT, Digital Transformation, bridging the business IT divide, and security strategies for non-technical executives at many leading industry events and diversity groups, including Athena, California Technology Summit, INTERFACE, AccountingDay, AITP Cloud Conference, and other events.Prior to joining Gartner, Blair was the Chief Technology Evangelist and CIO at 1903 Solutions and an Adjunct Professor at CSUSM. Blair was the CIO and Chief of Staff for CUSTOMatrix. Blair was previously the Senior Vice President of Business Technology Services and Information Security at LPL Financial, the VP of IT for AIG SunAmerica. Additionally, he held technical and leadership positions at Accenture. Blair has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and currently holds in ISACA’s CyberSecurity Nexus (CSX), ITILv3, PMP, CTM, and E.I.T. certifications.
