CurrentCreate digital artwork for fabrication within outside agencies, customers, and global arenas. Effectively communicate and present ideas about the project with both the customer and fellow team members. Work collaboratively with customers and sales representatives to produce final design. Having a strong ability to identify color and any color subtleties that may appear in a project. Strong capability to communicate with many different agencies engaged all in one project, and a strong ability to keep everyone well informed and organized. • Pre-press coordination including pre-flighting, and proofing of large vector and raster images for laminate production.• Pre-flighting raster and vector artwork to verify it is correctly prepared to be printed and produced into laminate.• Coordinating with contractors, sub-contractors, general contractors, architects, interior design firms, graphic design firms, ad agencies, fabricators, and end users to successfully execute projects.• Creating digital layouts with enumerated measurements to aid in fabrication process once the laminate is produced.• Meeting scheduled graphic deadlines.• Color matching Wilsonart’s Spectrum Alteration structures to customer requested pantones and paint colors.• Communicating with customers and clients regularly to provide design updates, project updates, and clarifications regarding the Wilsonart custom laminate process.• Utilizing Photoshop and Illustrator to seamlessly integrate customer and client logos onto requested laminate backgrounds.• Working directly with the Smartsheet interface to organize and manage all assigned projects.• Brainstorming and executing solutions to long standing digital printing limitations. (This included the creation of True Tones – a digitally printed, color customizable, optical solid.)• Coordinating closely with Wilsonart’s digital print team to monitor color, identify printing defects, and identify color shifts.
