Blair Lill is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Singleton Reynolds. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. Blair oversees the activities of Finance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing & Business Development, Knowledge Management, Litigation Support/E-Discovery, and Central Services. He is a member of the Management Committee, Compensation Committee, and provides strategic input to firm direction and opportunities. Previously Blair was Director, Marketing & Business Development at Fasken. He has over 30 years of experience in the areas of strategic marketing, business development, and product management. Before joining Fasken, Blair held several marketing and business development roles including, Director of Marketing at Farris, Marketing and Business Development Manager at Cellex Power, a hydrogen and fuel cell development company; Product Marketing Manager at Creo Products, a global high-tech company developing, manufacturing, and marketing computer-to-plate and workflow solutions to the graphic arts sector; and Product Manager for global paint giant, ICI Paints.Blair served for close to six years on the Board of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), Vancouver Chapter, and was President in 2011 and 2012.Specialties: Blair has launched over 40 products into North America, Europe, & Asia. He helped launch Creo Prinergy, internationally, now the industry defacto standard, and he was one of the first Product Managers to bring to market a certified range of environmentally friendly paints, later recognized at the New Zealand Institute of Building Awards (1997). He has helped raise over $40 million in venture capital, and over $10 million in Canadian and US government funding for alternative energy projects.Blair currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of the Vancouver Waterski Club.
