- Lead a team of junior designers and assist in delegation, management, and completion of a variety of design tasks for over 100 accounts- Interact cross-functionally with CEO, brand managers, strategists, illustrators, and content creators- Maintain creative and production files of all assigned jobs, including history, work samples, and standards guides- Design brands based on market research and target personas- Create branded collateral for each client including: catalogs, signage, brochures, stationery, websites, social media graphics, environmental installations, merchandise, digital ads, and billboards- Analyze and evaluate promotional opportunities and provide strategic branding recommendations to managers and executives- Oversee the continued adherence to brand standards and visual expression of clients’ individual brands- Review and proof artwork for quality, content, color correctness and accuracy and provide feedback or make necessary adjustments- Think critically and creatively about execution of brand design across print and digital applications- Work on development and implementation of new innovative brand strategies and plans to increase brand awareness- Produce presentations and lead regular company-wide meetings to assess progress and encourage professional growth- Created, implemented, and maintain internal productivity system company-wide to ensure efficient, high-quality interactions with all clients and deliver on client requests in a timely manner
