I have been a New York based flight attendant for 8 years now, after making the decision to leave my previous job of being a flight dispatcher. My 10 years of experience in the aviation industry has taught me how to be adaptable to just about any situation-since just like the weather, life is constantly changing! Ive also developed excellent leadership skills, communication skills and the ability to not only form relationships, but also to utilize them when needed. My dispatching position sharpened my attention to detail. When problem solving, preventing problems when I could as well as making sure my paperwork is correct for my own records but also for the reports that I was responsible for sending to our partners across the pond-when all of those situations are daily task, you have no choice but to stay on your toes!With all of that being said, I have been in customer service since my very first job at 16. Ranging from fast food, retail and retail management; they have all prepared me to be the excellent leader that I know that I am.
