After pitching and implementing Khoros's global ESG strategy in my previous role, I transitioned to the company's first full-time role dedicated to scaling our corporate social impact. This includes growing our tech-for-good program to $1.25M in donated software to 13+ NPO partners, increasing Volunteer Time Off utilization by 167% YoY, executing over $30K in donations to pivotal DE&I causes, starting annual measurement of GHG emissions, publishing the company's first Annual Impact Report, and improving ESG investor ratings by 37% YoY. I conducted field research in local Guatemalan communities on behalf of Mani+, a social enterprise aiming to combat childhood malnutrition through a locally-sourced, peanut-based RUSF. My goal was to gain in-depth insight into cultural preferences in order to make more informed decisions about product packaging and distribution.
