Provided network and voice support to a wide variety of enterprise level networks throughout the southeast. Planned and migrated 2 large bank corporations remote branches to a MPLSNetwork, configured all the core and border routers with Vlans for voice and data traffic, setup QoS and prioritization on all the routers. Support the Internal network for multiple casinos on the gulf coast. Performed a complete server to cloud virtualization and virtual desktop integration for multiple health clinics in south Mississippi.

I revamped the corporate infrastructure for 4 small to medium businesses in the southeast region. Migrated SQL servers, created multiple citrix servers and setup load balancing between them. Planned and managed all active directory migrations and maintenance. Setup Cisco ASA VPN’s to all remote locations. Designed and implemented a trixbox asterisk full VOIP solution with SIP trunks to all remote sites. Supported and maintained all network HIPPA compliance with a large medical facility and its outlying locations, along with all server and software support.

I was part of a team of engineers that dealt with day to day troubleshooting of small to enterprise network problems, as well as installing complex networks for new customers. Server networks that I dealt with ranged anywhere from Microsoft Windows NT/2000/2003 Server, Citrix, and Red Hat Linux. Installed and supported digital PBX systems along with hybrid VOIP PBX systems.
