Family Quilting business located in the mountains above Boise, Idaho. We currently provide a Vacation Rental Style retreat for quilters and crafting hobbyist alike. I manage the website and help with the operations side of the business.

In this position, I help manage the day to day operations of the IDEXX Veterinary Software and Services Solutions Team. This team is responsible for the technology implementation and onboarding of our product portfolio, including Cornerstone On-Prem and Cloud, Computer Hardware and IT Services, Credit Card Processing and Laboratory Diagnostic integrations, and performing work related to requests for advanced technical support and onsite field support. Primary responsibilities include capacity planning and forecasting, scheduling, documentation, training, and developing the team to support the goals and demands of the business.

•Consult w/ prospective and existing customers regarding technology solutions that will allow them to achieve their EMR goals (integration, paperless, digital imaging diagnostics, etc.) as well as other technology related goals•Conduct Pre-Sales technical analysis of customer's IT Infrastructure (Wired LAN and WiFi) and existing systemsSME for sales team relating to veterinary computer systems and technology in the practice.•Perform on-site and remote full computer system upgrades/installation (servers, workstations, networking equipment, EMR software, etc)•Perform on-site and remote advanced troubleshooting and maintenance on existing computer systems (equipment upgrades, software and driver updates)•Network troubleshooting (Layer 1 -5)•Conduct WiFi site surveys and predictive designs using Ekahau Sidekick and Pro software•Setup complete integration between multiple locations (vpn), practice management software, in-clinic laboratory analyzers, and various modalities (radiology, ultra sound, MRI, CT)•Provide go-live support during customer conversion to IDEXX •Work with other internal and external team members to successfully implement new systems/solutions (project managers, data conversions, software trainers, local IT providers, venders, etc.)

•Install, service, and troubleshoot IDEXX Digital Radiography systems (CR & DR) in veterinary environments across N. America•Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot PACS and system integration issues•Provide new hire training related to IT and networking concepts•Create and update documentation related to new products, installation, and training•Provide full veterinary clinical staff training on digital x-ray systems and PACS software•Strategically call on existing accounts to perform pro-active maintenance checks, upgrades, and additional staff training as time allows•Maintain administrative duties (expense reporting, CRM documentation, emails, conference calls)

Provided technical support, over the phone, to Veterinarians about the use of their computer systems/network.

Provide Tier 1 IT Support for Grocery Stores, Corporate Offices, and Distribution Centers for SUPERVALU

I provided technical support and consulting to SMB's in the greater Boise, ID Area.
