During COVID-19, FQHCs temporarily deactivated the program. I prototyped a real-time COVID-19 tracking dashboard for NIH, FQHC, and MITRE leadership to use for reactivation insights. I proposed it to both MITRE and NIH leadership, ultimately getting approval and funds for AWS deployment. OTHER WORK• Intern Program: Department intern coordinator (2.5 years). This internship mainly took place in the Test & Evaluation department at MITRE. However, after finishing my work early, I networked into working on a medical device cybersecurity proposal in my last few weeks. I then networked into a transition from Test & Evaluation to Health at MITRE.MAIN WORK• Researched fundamentals of DOE (design of experiments)• Helped to develop material for a rapid/dense training course for the departmentSUPPLEMENTAL WORK• Aided in writing an internal project proposal for medical device cybersecurity• Traveled to Bedford headquarters to help present proposalPOST-INTERNSHIP TRANSITION• While at Bedford headquarters, networked with engineers in MITRE Health division• Offered a full-time job to switch into the Health division
