As a Business Manager my role was taking care of the day to day operations in the Business. Being a dynamic role this included the following:•Sales and Marketing of products•Customer services and retention•Administration and Invoicing•Team Management •Purchasing and Allocating materials•Overseeing production, etc.This job required me to have, at minimum, a rough knowledge of every working part within the business as I would be required to step in to various roles as needed.
