About Blake Coffelt
With a decade of experience as a backend engineer, including 2 years as a team lead, I specialize in API development, with years of microservice, database, CMS integration, SSO, and authorization system development. I prefer to use C# and T-SQL, but have extensive experience with Mulesoft, Java/Spring, Raml, SAML, PostgreSQL, VB.Net, Javascript/JQuery, Python, and Freemarker. I am extremely comfortable with a Scrum-based development cycle, and have worked in a Scrum team for most of my career. I enjoy challenging myself, and prefer to take on the most complex, time-sensitive tasks available. My recent shift to a team lead/management position is an ideal role for me to balance my technical abilities, attention to detail, and soft skills.
