I am an experienced credit risk and operations professional with over 18 years' experience within the Banking Industry. I have always had a passion for numbers and people and begun my career journey with Macquarie in Business Banking as a graduate focused on analysing business lending transactions (including retail loans). Over my career I have continued to develop my technical credit skills while adding people management responsibilities and most recently held the role of National Head of the team I originally joined as a grad.My core values centre around excellence, integrity, developing others and achieving results.
