Leads, trains, and mentors’ Cyber personnel through individual and group instruction, as well as the establishment, direction, and evaluation of Joint Qualification Requirements (JQRs), Joint Qualification Standards (JQSs), and Joint Cyberspace Training and Certification Standards (JCT&CS).
