Currently oversee and/or directly handle the commercial office leasing for over 2.1 million square feet of ground-up development, stabilized and value-add assets in the Greater Los Angeles market, as well as industrial assets in LA, Orange County and San Diego. Duties include: handling in-house leasing for certain assets from tour stage to lease execution; managing third party brokers on other assets, including running analysis for deals against pro forma and budget, creating and executing business plan for newly-acquired assets, and involvement in the marketing and branding strategy for all assets.

- Currently manage the leasing for a 1.2 million square foot portfolio, which includes both stabilized assets and ground-up development projects in Los Angeles and San Francisco- Oversee the third party agency brokers assigned to our assets, including running the weekly/bi-weekly leasing calls, creating/reviewing/approving the marketing collateral and marketing programs- Actively involved in the negotiation of a lease, including negotiating LOI’s, negotiating the leases (involved with both legal review with internal counsel, and the negotiation of business points with Tenant) to finalize the document- Actively involved in the negotiation of the Tenant Improvement jobs, including working with the construction managers and development teams to develop accurate costs for construction projects - Oversee stabilized assets in West LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica, West Hollywood and Downtown LA, and development projects in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Santa Monica and San FranciscoInvolved with the due diligence of new developments and the underwriting analysis for stabilized assets, including utilizing broker connections to understand the market for the buildings and developing accurate pricing expectations for the underwriting of the project
