Help all current staff with basic to advanced technical problems. Taking care of equipment, preparing laptops for new employees or as replacements for current employees, communicating and resolving office/service outages.

Maintaining strong customer service and a good work ethic for not only myself but the employees I worked with. Opening/closing the store, stocking at times, making sure each employee has their assigned tasks completed, etc.
