I oversee the entering of all donations, payments, and on-air contracts into our donor database system for all of KET. I record any donor giving information into the Allegiance database. This includes over 30,000 active monthly donors. Our donations for FY 2024 exceeded over 7 million dollars, and all of those were entered by me into our system. In total I have entered in over 15 million dollars of checks, cash, and other payments. I maintain spreadsheets to keep in financial compliance with our business office to make sure our record-keeping and fiduciary reporting are correct and current. This compliance involves KET policies and Kentucky State policies.I help with donor tech support questions and set-up for PBS's "Passport" streaming app.I am responsible for all on-air gifts and their order and shipment to the donor. I was the main gift contact during KET's SummerPledge 2023, WinterPledge 2023, Telefund 2024, SummerPledge 2024, and WinterPledge 2024. I also help with in-person events across the state including KET's Summer Celebration, Martinis and Mistletoe, February Fanfare, and other inter-departmental KET events.I am also in charge of handling the membership element of our ticketed events and donor web pages. These include ticketed opportunities for Rick Steves, Henry Louis Gates Jr., Little Feat, Andrea Bocelli, Frankie Valli, and Celtic Woman. I maintain a monthly spreadsheet along with KET's CPA where we monitor and balance all incoming and outgoing bank transfers and credit card transactions. This streamlines the process should we be subject to an audit and helps maintain steady financial transparency.I initiated a program to recover rejected credit card donations by implementing a targeted email and physical mailing list which has recovered $24,000 in two years.

Worked in a call center style environment which reached out to University of Kentucky alumni to solicit engagement and donations on behalf of the Office of Philanthropy. These donations went directly to programs all across the university and were tracked by employee. In one semester I helped raise over $10,000 through nightly calls.

After a corporate re-structure, an opportunity came open to help with Kentucky's first Regal Cinemas bar. Bartending, customer service, and cash handling were the main focuses of this role. State compliance with alcohol laws were a big emphasis to get down as a relatively new idea in the cinema industry.

Promoted to help manage and operate a 16-screen movie theater. Cash handling, nightly money reconciliation, employee management, payroll management, and customer service management were all overseen in this role. The theater operated with an expanded concession menu, IMAX projection, and reclining seats. We regularly had weekends exceeding 15,000 guests from Friday-Sunday.
