I have worked in aquatics since 2006. I have attended two years of Safety Scool. One of my accomplishments include coaching the Lifeguard Team for the City of Cedar Park for three years straight. We pulled together on 2012 to achieve first place at SuperGuard and fifth place in all of Texas.My first employment was under the City of Cedar Park in Texas. While working for Cedar Park, I started my journey as a lifeguard and worked my way up to Pool Manager. As Pool Manager I: organized and executed pool events, maintain pumps and chemicals at four different facilities, produced a schedule year round for over 100 employees, completed payroll for said employees, and managed ten Assistant Managers during the summer.I then worked with Jeff Ellis and Associates as a National Staff Auditor to improve and support lifeguard management and skills through unnanounced safety operational audits. In these audits, I observed and recorded the activities of lifeguards and supervisors during their natural day of work. After observations, it is my duty to ensure their licenses and validations are up to date and in accordance to the company standard. I am currently enjoying working for KC Schlitterbahn as the new Director of Operations.
