I believe in quality sessions and services so being at a private gym you will get more interaction with me and Private gyms usually have fewer members than commercial gym so we get a ton of space. Needless to say, Less people means less waiting and less people means that you could also get to know some of the members more easily.I am a firm believer of “you are what you eat”.
