• Worked with Microsoft CRM Dynamics, using their WSDL to push and pull data to and from different CRM forms for real-time data view changes.• Constructed SQL queries that Scribe would use to grab source data from SQL Server and push out to Targets such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics and CSV/Excel files for data synchronizations and automated reports. Have written processes to handle the distribution of files and reports via email/FTP.• Have played major roles in 3 CRM migrations. Translating and properly formatting data to match the targets requirements.• Researched and implemented a hosted VPS solution for hosting MySQL databases, php sites, many different web domains and hundreds of email addresses.• Integrated iPayment's web services (SOAP with xml retrieval) into daily file processing for synchronization of activation and transactional data between processor and ISO databases.• Took on highly customized reporting needs for partners, utilizing SalesForce's enterprise API. A scheduled process was created to retrieve data via the API. The data was then customized to meet criteria of the partner and then pushed to the partners FTP.• Took many high level overviews and gathered requirements to build accurate project scopes based on the given requirements.• Communicated very well with C-level officers, co-workers and partners, while providing consistent communication regarding current priority projects.

• Studied Authorize.net's API for a web based integration. The project was never launched.• Developed the National Merchant Solutions website in PHP.(no longer active)• Created a web based PHP lead sheet form for easy lead sheet data entry by analysts.• Built the network with extended firewall/security settings, blocking many types of internet traffic.• Worked with QoS to provide VoIP traffic priority with Dlink DFL series and Cisco 1800 series firewalls.• Setup and managed SBS 2003 using Active Directory for authentication. Setup complex and highly customized user profiles, segmented in to organization units with master group policies for each organizational unit.
