I have hands-on experience in both channel 1 and channel 2 engagements, and have served clients across various industries, including airlines, medical insurance, financial technology, and blockchain/crypto. • I have substantial experience serving as an internal audit function and have conducted audit tasks across IT and business domains at financial service organizations. I have worked to develop and test IT general controls and IT application controls, strengthening IT processes within critical areas of companies. Beyond this, I have also provided consultation to clients on common practices across different industries to improve the security postures of the organizations. • My portfolio of work includes multiple engagements focused on IT risk assessments, risk management, and SOX compliance. I have helped organizations transform procedures in IT-related areas such as access management, IT system operations, and change management - all essential audit areas for reviews conducted in accordance with PCAOB standards. • Within Risk Consulting, I have help guide organizations through IT process and control environment transformations, especially in the Crypto space. I have assisted in the development of IT process flows, risk & control matrices, and findings & recommendations report, all with the aim of improving the organizations IT processes, security posture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. • In addition to my client work, I have spent time on business development within the Third-Party Risk Management sector. This role allowed me to propose innovative practices to potential clients to manager their relationships with external parties and vendors. I worked closely with Partners at EY to identify further opportunities for client engagement.

Being employed within the golf industry, I have moved from the retail market to golf course positions. During the hours of working in the Pro Shop at Pleasant Valley Golf Course, I consistently engaged in communication with co-workers and customers. With being a public course, we still found a way to bring an elegant persona to the establishment which gives the customers the sense that they are playing somewhere special. Ensuring the customer feels welcomed and providing an efficient experience is a key to success. • Checked in the public for tee times in order to maintain an organized crowd on the course to make the game enjoyable. • Answered the phone to assist customers with tee times, events, and other general questions to share knowledge about the how the establishment operates. • Performed simple maintenance in the clubhouse and on the golf course to keep customers satisfied with their experience.

Working in retail gave me a great learning experience in how to approach and deal with customers to ensure a smooth shopping experience. While working at Hy-Vee, I learned what it takes to fulfill day to day operations that are crucial in the success of the business. I was able to manage difficult situations that must be dealt with in a timely manner. I was also able to provide customers with proper insight to support their experience. During my time at this job, I was able to learn what manual labor is like. Coming home physically exhausted and covered in dirt was the foundation of business operations. Learning skills that were not only part of the job but will be used later on in personal life.
